Surface Mount Post / Rope Stanchion Barrier
The Neata surface mount post has been designed for timber floor installations where a fixed post is required. All posts in the Neata QMS are manufactured from high quality stainless steel with a 1.6mm thick wall. The mounted posts include our unique built-in impact absorbing feature. This allows them to tilt up to 10° on impact and return to their original position.
The ultra-low profile of the solid stainless steel base plate minimises intrusion while maximising stability.
Wheelchairs, strollers and suitcases can easily navigate over or around the 175mm diameter, 5mm thick base.
This design offers complete compatibility with our fixed posts, and are available in either belt, plain or rope designs.
Rope and Ferrule:
The Surface Mount Rope Post accepts 24mm diameter, 2 metre long braided ropes in four standard colours - Red, Blue, Burgundy or Black. The ropes are finished with 304 grade machined stainless steel ferrules.
Also available in Belt, Rail and Plain stanchion designs.
