Fixed Post / Handrail Stanchion Barrier
This crowd control barrier is frequently seen as airport barriers for managing queues at customer service counters. This retractable belt stanchion barrier can be quickly deployed to create a queuing system, and can just as easily be demounted and stored.
The elimination of conventional bases means these Neata posts have a tiny footprint (65mm diameter). This, in turn, reduces tripping hazards and traffic restrictions.
Their design includes our unique built-in impact absorption feature. This allows the posts to tilt up to 10° on impact and return to their original position.
The unique in-ground sleeves mean the posts can be deployed, removed or repositioned by staff at any time, while remaining tamper resistant for improved safety.
The storage requirement is vastly reduced compared to conventional post and base systems. All posts in the Neata system are manufactured from high quality 304 grade stainless steel with a 1.6mm thick wall.

The Slimline Portable Rail Post comes complete with a stainless steel handrail that offers built-in 4-way connectivity. Sized to suit 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 metre post centres, it is also fully compatible with retractable belt models.
Optional knee or bottom rails are available by request. Alternatively, clear polycarbonate infill panels can be used in addition to the top and bottom rails.
Also available in Rope, Belt and Plain stanchion designs.
